Exciting new shift vacancies
Maximum 4 shifts in a row allowed for fatigue management, week on week off.
On average doctor's work a minimum 17 hours per 24 hour rostered shift
CMO NON IC Role - this is not an additional shift, the doctor will be oncall for Cat 1s and 2s only after hours, they will have remote FACEM Support via Tamworth Emergency Department. The Virtual FACEM Program - My Emergency Doctor - can also provide support as needed and a retrieval service can be accessed for urgent presentations. An on call GP Anaesthetist is available to support Category 1 and significant Category 2 presentations. When a Doctor is not working on site, remote FACEMs are utilised via the "My Emergengy Doctor" program. This service is mainly used overnight with a doctor on call for Triage Category 1 and 2 presentations. The service can also be utilised by doctors working in the Emergency Department and requiring general advice.
